CANCELLATION

 

If you would like to cancel an order placed, please do so within 2 days of placing the order. Cancel your order with an email to samwoehrmann@gmail.com or a message through the contact page.

 

REFUNDS

 

My goal is to make you, or the wearer of your purchase, happy. I understand, while ordering online wether it's for yourself or as a gift, sometimes the item is not what you expected or it is just not quiet right. I am happy to return and refund your money, or exchange for a different product or style, with in 2 weeks of receiving the order, minus shipping cost. Pieces should be in the same condition as when you received them. If the piece is being given as a gift, i'm happy to look at those returns on a case by case basis. I take pride in the craftsmanship of my work. That being said, these are hand made pieces so there may be slight variations to what is pictured. Sometimes things break. If something arrives broken, I am happy to fix it or exchange it for another. If something breaks down the road, I am happy to fix it at a small charge depending if materials are needed or the amount of time required to fix the piece. I will give you a quote upon receiving and assessing the repair.
